MEET THE TEAM

Dr. Gabrielle Griffin, owner and founder of GRIT Physical Therapy and Performance, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human, Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. Her special interests include sports/orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.

Dr. Griffin is a dynamic and results-driven physical therapist with a proven track record in facilitating swift rehabilitation, optimizing performance, and ensuring a comprehensive recovery and injury prevention plan. With extensive experience working across various athletic levels, including Division I athletics and professional leagues such as the NFL, PLL, and MLB, Dr. Griffin brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the practice.
