Injury reduction principles are crucial for athletes to maintain peak performance and avoid setbacks that can derail their progress. We utilize strength and conditioning principles combined with our physical therapy expertise to design effective and individualized injury reduction exercises. Our focus is on enhancing single-leg strength, core stability, and proper body mechanics with jumping, landing, and decelerating, which are essential for reducing the risk of injuries. We also believe in the power of education on proper programming and training volume control.
We offer personalized 1:1 injury prevention sessions as well as group workshops for teams. Our services include specialized programs such as ACL injury prevention workshops and Baseball Arm Care workshops. These targeted sessions provide athletes with the knowledge and techniques needed to prevent common sports injuries, ensuring they stay healthy and perform at their best throughout the season.
