Dr. Gabrielle Griffin
Dr. Gabrielle Griffin, owner and founder of GRIT Physical Therapy and Performance, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Her special interests include sports/orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
Drawing from her extensive background working with competitive high school, NCAA, and professional athletes, Dr. Griffin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the practice. She has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of athletes at every stage of their career, as well as the unique needs of active lifestyles across the lifespan.
- Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Note Dame Preparatory Varsity Soccer, where she designed and implemented specialized training programs to enhance performance and minimize injury risk.
- Exclusive On-site physical therapist for Pipeline Soccer Club where she collaborated with coaches, sports medicine physicians, and athletic trainers to provide comprehensive care for the players and coaches.
- Helped to develop and execute ACL injury prevention trainings and workshops for nationally recognized lacrosse clubs.
- Concierge travel rehab and recovery for professional athletes in the NFL.
- Physical Therapist consultant for SI-Bone, where she provided education and hands-on training to doctors, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to diagnose sacroiliac joint dysfunctions accurately and efficiently.
She believes in a collaborative approach with other healthcare providers, coaches, and trainers. Dr. Griffin finds great fulfillment in building strong relationships with her patients and supporting them throughout their entire athletic career and lifetime.
In her spare time, Dr. Griffin enjoys checking out new restaurants and live music with her husband and friends, spending time with family, hiking with her deaf puppy, Kurtis, running, weightlifting, climbing, and playing in the occasional pick up soccer game.
